TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Better Marketing 2025 event, organized by APAN.

APAN reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the event and its platforms, as well as the conditions of access and/or use required. Any changes will be effective from the moment they are implemented. By accessing, browsing, and using the event’s website and other platforms, the participant unreservedly accepts all the established terms and conditions.

By purchasing a pass for the event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and accept the Privacy Policy.

2. USE OF THE EVENT PLATFORMS

The registration website and other event platforms are intended exclusively for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use these platforms for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, obscene activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties. Any misuse may result in immediate cancellation of registration and may be subject to legal action by the organization.

The organization reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect the security and integrity of the platforms, including tracking suspicious activities and cooperating with the relevant authorities.

3. REGISTRATION | CONDITIONS

3.1. Participation in Better Marketing 2025 is open to any professional in the marketing and communication field.

3.2. To gain access, you must complete the registration form and ensure that all information provided is true and accurate. Access will be validated after payment.

3.3. Registration is personal and non-transferable. It is not permitted to register on behalf of another person.

3.4. The organization reserves the right to cancel a registration without prior notice if false information or violations of the Terms and Conditions are identified.

3.5. The organization reserves the right to deny in-person entry to a participant if deemed inappropriate or in violation of the event’s Terms and Conditions.

3.6. By registering for Better Marketing 2025, you agree to receive communications related to the event.

4. PRICE

The ticket prices for Better Marketing 2025 are as follows:

Associated Member Passes

  • Individual

    • Until April 30: €75

    • From May 1 to May 29: €85

  • Group (3 passes)

    • Until April 30: €199

    • From May 1 to May 29: €228

  • Group (10 passes)

    • Until April 30: €630

    • From May 1 to May 29: €720

Non-Associated Member Passes

  • Individual

    • From April 1 to April 15: €95

    • From April 16 to May 9: €105

  • Group (3 passes)

    • From April 1 to April 15: €229

    • From April 16 to May 9: €299

  • Group (10 passes)

    • From April 1 to April 15: €850

    • From April 16 to May 9: €950

Registration and payment are made through the official Better Marketing website or via email at apan@apan.pt.

Tickets are invoiced by APAN, and the available payment methods include MBWay, Multibanco Reference, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

The ticket will only be valid once payment is completed.

Tickets are limited, and the organization reserves the right to close registrations once capacity is reached.

At the time of registration, you may request an invoice and provide the necessary details for issuance. Once the invoice is issued, no changes to the details will be accepted.

5. NOTIFICATIONS

5.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive email notifications about your event registration.

5.2. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.

6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

6.1. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the venue, schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the event. Participants will be informed of any relevant changes.

6.2. In case of event cancellation, participants will be notified as early as possible. In this case, the ticket will either be valid for a rescheduled date or refunded.

7. PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION

After payment, no refunds will be issued, even in case of inability to attend.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a change of ticket details via email at apan@apan.pt.

8. IMAGE USAGE CONSENT

By participating in Better Marketing 2025, you agree that the organization may use images of you captured during the event for promotional and publicity purposes.

9. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA COLLECTION

9.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to APAN’s Privacy Policy.

9.2. The personal data collected will be used exclusively for event management and organization purposes.

9.3. The organization commits to taking appropriate measures to protect personal data and will not disclose it to third parties unless necessary for the event’s execution or required by law.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation regarding the processing of your personal data;

  • Update your data;

  • Request deletion or restriction of data usage;

  • Withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data;

  • Object to data processing when based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, you may send a request to apan@apan.pt.

11. LIABILITY

Participants are responsible for any damages or harm caused by them during the event.

The organization is not responsible for any losses, damages, or incidents that occur during the event.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All event materials and content are the exclusive property of APAN. Their reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
